SHIPPING

Orders are packed at the gallery on Canyon Road and usually ship within two business days. You will receive tracking by email when your parcel leaves us.

SMALL GOODS — incense, apothecary, books and recharge oils ship by ground carrier. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

POTPOURRI — hand-forged iron pieces are heavy and are packed with additional protection. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

LOCAL PICK UP

Choose pickup at checkout and collect at 826 Canyon Road. We will email when your order is ready.

RETURNS

Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Opened fragrance, incense, apothecary and recharge oils cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless faulty.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Keep all packing materials and send photographs to info@normandudley.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims cannot be filed once packaging is discarded.
