PURCHASE ONLINE
Select your piece and complete checkout. Your payment begins our order review process. Your piece is released for production only after the required written approvals are complete.
CONFIRM THE DETAILS
A Norman Dudley designer contacts you to review your model, configuration, dimensions, fabric, cushion options, tailoring and finish, as applicable.
We resolve outstanding selections with you before submitting your specifications to Verellen. Any changes affecting the price are presented for your approval before proceeding.
REVIEW YOUR ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Verellen prepares a written order acknowledgement documenting the specifications of your piece. We review it for accuracy and send it to you for written approval.
You review the details to confirm they reflect your selections. Any necessary corrections are resolved before you authorize production.
APPROVE YOUR FABRIC
Norman Dudley arranges and covers the cost of a cutting for approval—a physical sample from the fabric allocated to your order—so you may review its color and texture before production.
This cutting is separate from the complimentary samples used to explore your initial selections.
Your piece is released for production only after you approve both the final order acknowledgement and the fabric cutting, unless you waive fabric approval in writing.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Before you authorize production, we confirm the estimated production timeline, delivery arrangements and applicable delivery charges.
Once the required approvals are complete and Verellen confirms your order is ready to proceed, your piece moves into production. Production and transit timelines are estimates. We communicate material changes and remain your point of contact throughout the process.
Please confirm room dimensions and the delivery path—including doorways, stairways and elevators—before approving your order. Our team is available to help review access requirements.
THE NORMAN DUDLEY ORDER GUARANTEE
We stand behind the order you approve. If your piece arrives with a model, configuration, fabric, finish or other specification that differs from your approved order acknowledgement, Norman Dudley will arrange the necessary correction, repair or replacement at no cost to you, including associated transportation and redelivery.
We manage the resolution directly with Verellen and the delivery provider. Norman Dudley remains your point of contact until the issue is resolved.
Handcrafted upholstery and natural materials have individual characteristics. Inherent variations in your approved materials and any dimensional tolerances disclosed before approval are distinct from an ordering or manufacturing error. This guarantee covers conformity to your approved specifications; it does not provide a return for a change of preference.
Please inspect your piece upon delivery, note visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly with photographs of any concern.
